2. Complete the GEA form with accurate information about your organization.
3. Sign the GEA form and ensure all required fields are filled.

Step 2: Documentation

Along with the completed GEA form, you will need to submit several supporting documents to facilitate the eligibility review process. These documents include:

• Governing documents of your organization.
• Financial documents to demonstrate your organization's financial stability and transparency.
• Independent verification of your mission and objectives.
• A list of current directors and/or trustees involved in your organization.
